Create an After Effects Project that contains the following:
*A .gif file
*An image – jpeg or png
*A PRECOMP – a group of multiple layers
*Use POSITION, ROTATION, SCALE, OPACITY Keyframe animations on at lease one of you layers

Size:
New Composition: HDV/HDTV 720 25
0:00:03:00 for duration
Instructions:
Download the images below and save them to you desktop.
Create the AE composition with the Size mentioned above.
Go to FILE > IMPORT FILE to bring the images into the Project Window.
Now drag the Beach image into the document, name this Background.
Now drag the Spongebob GIF into the document, name this Spongebob 1.
Press the Spacebar to play the animation, you will notice that the Spongebob GIF is not long enough.
Duplicate the Spongebob GIF, by selecting the layer and going to Edit > Duplicate.
Now take the Duplicate layer and drag the GREEN bar in the timeline so that it covers the whole time.
To make both Spongebob layers into One layer, Select one of them, then press shift to select the other.
Then Right-Click and choose PRECOMP, this will make just one layer out of the two layers.
Now you can add animation to this PRECOMP layer!

You will SAVE the project to the desktop. An After Effects Project can have multiple compositions.
To Export:
File > Export > Add to Render Queue
